Personality:
Somewhat shy, yet determined. She tends to space off, into a blank stare into nothing, while mostly alone. She tries hard not to be so shy, yet its hard for her to come up with people and start a conversation so you'll tend to have her stare at you if faced by this girl. Her determination comes in when she is fought with some sort of challenge, other than a big fight, since she isn't all too well on that yet. Other than that, once you have her attention, she'll perk up, and speak to you in a somewhat quiet tone, but still hear-able. her way of speaking tends to have some hand movements to explain what she means.

Background:
Tallulah lived a pretty easy life in her home with a Mother Gastrodon and a Father Quagsire. She has a younger adopted brother, named Lux, a Chinchou. She's pretty shy, plus tend to not go play with other children. the parents even thought that she was being too distant, considering how she spaces off, and think all to herself. she didn't mind though, since she's mostly in her little world of thinking. Her brother was introduced at a young age, being at age 14 when he came at 10. At first she didn't think much of him, surely pretty much ignored the little guy. Until he would grab her hands, and take her around on their adventures! Her shell was being cracked by this young boy, whom hardly knew her, but still treated her like he knew her for years. after a year, her mind set into loving her little brother, and took good care of him. sadly, not for long, considering they lived in a part where there can be goons. luckily, she gained a friend when the two were being attacked once, which was a Mienshao named Dominic. He made sure the two were safe from further harm whenever they were in his area, or if he visited them. After a couple of years, Talullah ended up wanting to grow stronger, and out of her shyness she still stayed in. Her occasional stares still comes and goes. But once she heard about Platform, she settled out to find this place, and hoped to become something her brother would be proud of! her friend, Dominic, made sure to take care of her little brother while she was gone.

~She likes to wonder around aimlessly so it wouldn't be a surprise if you see her anywhere
~Dislikes to battle, but wants to try harder so don't push her too far.
~sense of justice, she'll poke at you if you do something she thinks isn't fair.
~Her little brother is important to her, so she'll might end up collecting things to send to him as a souvenir for her time in Platform.
